Our services are delivered by trained carers, all working under the supervision of a dedicated Nurse. You can rest assured knowing there is always a Sister available 24 hours a day to provide support, guidance, and immediate assistance should any concerns arise.
Our Nursing Team

Their work is guided and supported by our management team, with a nurse on call 24/7 for added peace of mind.
A Personalised Approach to Care
Before care begins, one of our Registered Nurses will carry out a full assessment to understand the client’s medical and personal needs. This allows us to develop a personalised care plan and determine the appropriate level of support required—from basic assistance to more intensive nursing care.
What Services our Carers Provide
Our skilled carers are available for both day and night shifts, offering comprehensive support that includes:
- Personal hygiene and bathing assistance
- Support with mobility and movement
- Pressure care to prevent bedsores
- Small dressing changes (larger wounds are assessed by the Nursing Sister)
- Monitoring of blood pressure and blood glucose levels (client to supply equipment)
- Ensuring accurate and timely medication intake
- Light domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, basic meal preparation and serving

Placement Guidelines
To ensure smooth coordination:
- We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for the start of any new care placement
- Should you wish to end the service, 2 weeks’ notice is required
